This small private garden in Park Slope, Brooklyn is for a family of five and borders the communal outdoor space of its larger coop.  We created spaces for dining, grilling and relaxing with wood decking and bluestone.  A stained trellis and colorful furniture brighten the year round view from the play room that opens onto the garden. The space is north facing so the planting incorporates a mix of shade loving perennials.
