At the 162 Street project, we designed the rear courtyards for a new affordable housing project located in the Bronx, New York.  Amenities provided include a playground, sitting areas, plazas and garden spaces for common use of the residents.  The landscape needed to accommodate a large grade change sloping toward the rear of the new building making storm water management an important component of the project.
