Rader+Crews was the landscape architect on the design team asked to replace the Marcus Garvey Park Bandshell, a New York City park located in Harlem and renovate the surrounding park landscape.  We designed a new path system to provide an accessible route to the amphitheater seating area while preserving as many existing trees as possible.  The existing amphitheater was renovated including the installation of new seating and the addition of a fabric shade structure.  This project involved working closely with the New York City Parks Department.
