This existing vacation house and pool was sited on a small wooded lot with the pool tightly enclosed by a fence.  Our plan transformed the site by removing the enclosing fence and creating a new pool enclosure fence at the building front face and rear site perimeter allowing the pool terrace to flow out into the landscape without interruption. 

We redesigned the pool deck around the existing pool then stepped the pool deck down to the adjacent woods and relocated existing plants to further open up the view creating a strong sense of continuity between the house, the terrace and the wooded garden surrounding it.
